I try my best to give you the best shipping experience possible so that it is as convenient for you as I can provide.
-Skye By Design Studios LLC is not responsible for damages, delays, and other issues that may occur after an item has been shipped though an independent carrier. The private carriers are their own companies separate from my furniture shop. I care about customer service so I will assist in any way I can but it is up to the customer to resolve shipping issues that occur. I only arrange for shipping of your items. Furniture pieces will be covered by insurance if it is available dependent upon the carrier company.
